 Ron Ward has over 30 years experience as a teacher, housemaster,
headmaster and governor in GSA, HMC and IAPS schools. He has served on IAPS Council, chaired the IAPS Inspections' Committee and represented IAPS on the working party that created the unified ISI model of inspection. In addition, he has worked with the ISC Special Needs Committee and the Boarding Standards Committee. He was the first serving IAPS head to become a Reporting Inspector, and has delivered training and consultancy not only throughout England, but also as far afield as Kenya, Chile and Brunei.
